CIS flat steel exporters are losing ground as negative fundamentals expand overseas. A lack of buying activity alongwith tightening competition and falling raw materials prices globally are expected to cause another decrease of pricesex-CIS in December. January prices for flat products will sink at least $10/t, market insiders believe.
