The CIS export longs market is unlikely to progress as suppliers get no support from demand, whereas the approachof religious holidays in the Middle East and Africa, coupled with the holiday season in Europe, does not stimulatebuying activity either. Suppliers are not going to make big price reductions so far, probably believing that this will not spur sales.
