Turkish producers of HR flats to benefit from anti-dumping duties in Morocco

Turkish mills have appeared in the most advantageous position after the Ministry of Trade of Morocco released results of the second stage of an anti-dumping investigation against imports of HR flats from Europe and Turkey. As Morocco imposed provisional duties on flats from Europe at 15.04-22.11% depending on supplier, Turkish steelmakers are believed to occupy the vacant place in the market.
