摘要

The compound LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.2)Ti_(0.3)O_4 was synthesized by a sol-gel method. Its lattice parameter was calculated as 0.8212 nm. With good cycle performance its capacities were 134 mAh/g, 127 mAh/g and 76 mAh/g at the current rates of 0.1C, 0.5C and 1C, respectively. Cycle voltammogram results indicated that there were two oxidation peaks at 4.2 V and 4.85 V, two reduction peaks at 4.56 V and 3.88 V, respectively. By electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, the lithium ion diffusion coefficient was measured to be 7.66e-11 cm~2/s.
