FMG to acquire 100% of Nullagine

Australian iron ore miner, the Fortescue Metals Group (FMG), is buying 75% of Nullagine joint venture inWestern Australia's Pilbara region from partner BC Iron for a token Australian dollar. The deal will give FMGfull ownership of Nullagine.
