Magnetation secures sale of assets

Bankruptcy-protected iron ore producer Magnetation has agreed the sale and transfer of substantially all ofits assets and liabilities to ERP Iron Ore.Subject to court approval, ERP will also assume some contracts and leases, Magnetation said.
