NFIB urges overtime pay bill postponement

WASHINGTON-The National Federation of Independent Business is urging the U.S. Senate to pass a bill that would postpone for six months the effective date of the overtime pay revisions issued by the U.S. Department of Labor. The bill, introduced by Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.). would postpone the effective date of the new overtime pay rules until June 1.
