Japan’s INPEX Corp to Review Plan of Development of Abadi LNG

Japan-based INPEX Corporation will conduct a comprehensive review of plan of development of Abadi LNGproject, a LNG production project in Indonesia. The Company recently announced that it received a notification fromIndonesian government authorities instructing to re-propose a plan of development based on onshore LNG for the project.Concerning Abadi LNG project, INPEX had planned to build a floating LNG (FLNG) plant. However, the decisionmade by Indonesia’s president Joko Widodo was announced at the end of last month to construct onshore LNGfacilities.
