At tender call placed by Taiwan Electric Power Co. (Taipower) of Taiwan for spot supply of subbituminous coal (TPC10003-GS) with a closing date of 12th April, three of 18 shipments (by Panamax carrier: 70,000 MT plus or minus 10% ) which were shortlisted have been canceled because offer prices exceeded largely ceiling price set by Taipower.
