Japan Exported 102,000 Tons Of Stainless Steel Products In March 2010 As Recovered- Exports For China And South Korea Increased Considerably, Only Exports For Taiwan Decreased

Japan Iron and Steel Federation compiled the data on exports of stainless steel products from Japan in March of 2010 on the basis of the statistics released by the Ministry of Finance and the contents were as per the table attached hereto. Namely, Japan exported 102,280 tons of stainless steel products ( hot-rolled products ) in March of 2010, which increased by 14.2% compared with that ( 89,586 tons ) in the previous month of February and also had a substantial increase of 29.8% compared to that ( 78,822 tons ) in the same month of 2009. The exports in March returned to a scale of 100,000 tons per month after an interval of 3 months.
