Japan's Imports Of Stainless Steel Products In November / 09 Decreased To 11,000 Tons-- Decreased By 22% From That In October, Decline Of Imports From South Korea Influenced On Whole Quantity

Japan Iron and Steel Federation compiled the data on imports of stainless steel products in November of 2009 on the basis of the statistics released by the Ministry of Finance and the contents were as per the table attached hereto. Namely, Japan imported 11,171 tons of stainless steel products in November of 2009, which had a considerable decrease of 21.7% compared with that ( 14,264 tons ) in the previous month of October, and the imports maintained a basic tone to increase for the successive 5 months but at last decreased to a lower level than 15,000 tons per month.
