The actual quantities of main six ferro-alloys supplied and consumed in Japan for July - September quarter of 2010 are spotlighted. Owing to a decline of production activities for summer holidays, the output of crude steel in Japan for July - September quarter of 2010 was 27.357 million tons, having slowed down somewhat a tempo to recover the production in comparison with that ( 28.067 million tons ) for the preceding quarter of April - June, but the quantities of ferro-alloys consumed in Japan for July - September quarter of 2010 were on a basic tone to be in good order compared to that in the same quarter of 2009, when the consumption of ferro-alloys in Japan had been depressed seriously.
