Dispensing continues to dominate community practice

COMMUNITY pharmacists continue to spend most of their time on technical dispensing tasks, according to research from UCL School of Pharmacy. The study, published online last week in the International Journal of Pharmacy Practice (14 January 2014), examined the activities of the responsible pharmacist working at 10 cornmunity pharmacies across London over one week in 2011.
