THE supply of prescription only medicines, without a prescription, to a patient who was not registered with a GP, has led to the removal from the Register of a pharmacist, by order of the fitness-to-practise committee of the General Pharmaceutical Council. On 16 January 2013, the committee inquired into the case of Mohanad Kadom (registration number 2060825).
