Recently, I received a prescription for Softima ileostomy pouches.The item was not in stock at my wholesaler depots. One of the wholesalers ordered the item but, one week later, I was informed there 'was a problem with the faxed order to the manufacturer and it would take another seven to 10 days before I receive the pouches. I was not happy with this situation (given the nature of the item), so I telephoned the manufacturer B Braun Medical direct, which informed me that it had supplies of the product in stock.
