National Pharmacy Association voted top professional body

The National Pharmacy Association is the top professional body for community pharmacists for the second year running, according to the results of an annual survey. Some 64 per cent of 150 independent pharmacists who are members of the Avicenna group rated the NPA "very good" compared with 38 per cent for the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee. Less than 10 per cent ranked the Royal Pharmaceutical Society as "very good" although 62 per cent expected to continue their membership when it loses its regulatory role.
