As part of the new professional body's commitment to involve members in the ongoing development of the new organisation and ensure that services reflect member needs, the professional support work stream ran a survey in July 2009 to collect feedback on the proposals for the new Information and Advisory Service (PJ, 11 July 2009, p50).
