Striking-off for pharmacist who stole medicines for her own use

A Merseyside pharmacist who stole prescription medicines for her own use, made a number of dispensing errors and practised as a pharmacist while unwell has had her name removed from the Register of Pharmacists by order of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's Disciplinary Committee.
