Recendy, I received a prescription for a particular type of insulin. I tried to order it from a wholesaler but it was repeatedly out of stock. Two days later, I queried this with the wholesaler and it said that stock would not arrive until 25 November and it would not be checked in until 26 November, meaning mat I might not receive it until the day after that. I then telephoned the manufacturer to try to source it direct.
