Global action is needed to address international shortages in the pharmacy workforce,the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) urged last week.In its report "Global pharmacy workforce and migration report - a call for action" FIP says that gaps in knowledge about pharmacists,pharmacy technicians and support staff need to be filled.
