A 9-month-old boy presented with photophobia of 2-week duration in both eyes. There was no history of trauma. Ocular examination showed bilateral anterior dislocation of crystalline lenses into the anterior chamber. Examination under anaesthesia showed the dimensions of the right cornea to be 13-5 mm (horizontal) x 13 ? 0 mm (vertical) and the left cornea to be 14-5 mmx 14' 0 mm. Intraocular pressure was 12 mm Hg in each eye. Systemic examination did not show any abnormalities. His family history was unremarkable. The fundus was normal in both eyes.
