摘要

The major histocompatibility complex (MHC)~1 of the mouse,H-2,is located on chromosome 17 (linkage group IX).The H-2 gene complex is divided into four regions,K,I,S,and D,and the distance between the K and D regions is about 0.5 cm (1).The H-2 gene complex was originally recognized as determining cell surface antigens which caused the rapid rejection of allografts and elicited the production of cytotoxic or agglutinating antibodies.
