The Asia Pacific coking coal market was steady Wednesday as participants in China, the biggest spot buyer in the region, were largely absent for the Lunar New Year holiday. There were some spot offers heard in the premium market segment, with a spot premium mid-vol HCC heard available at $118-$120/mt FOB Australia.
