Northwest European polypropylene contract prices were assessed unchanged on the week at $1,167.5/mt FD NWE for homopolymer and $1,217.5/mt FD NWE for copolymer. Converters were heard targeting decreases of Eur50-60/mt by the end of the month. Traders and producers pegged the price stable on the week. Length in the market of previous weeks, caused by high output of coproduct ethylene, is being offset by strong demand and low volumes of imports.
