US export PVC gained $15/mt for the week to $720-730/ mt FAS Houston, on talks of tightening supply ahead of upcoming turnarounds in the first quarter. Sources estimated producer to trader deal levels in the range of $720-730/mt FAS Houston. March loading cargoes were heard in the range of $730-750/mt FAS Houston. Sources said that trading above the $700/mt level was difficu however, limited volumes and high price levels from producers firmed pricing seen from the US.
