US export PVC gained $30/mt for the week to $750-760/ mt FAS Houston, on talks of climbing overseas and domestic demand, stabilizing crude oil markets and tightening supply ahead of upcoming turnarounds in the first quarter. Sources estimated producer to trader deal levels in the range of $750-760/mt FAS Houston. March loading cargoes were heard offered in the range of $770- 780/mt FAS Houston.
