US export PVC prices recovered $10/mt for the week, assessed Wednesday at $645-$655/mt FAS Houston, following talks of November deals at $650/mt FAS Houston, declining shipping rates and minimal global demand. Sources said that producers maintained a firm stance at $650/mt FAS Houston level throughout the week with deals concluded at that level.
