The European spot polypropylene market maintained stability this week ahead of the August propylene contract price, which fully settled Wednesday at Eur1,090/mt FD NWE. This represented an increase of Eur50/mt on July. The initial settlement was between DSM as a buyer with Shell and SABIC. SABIC and DSM confirmed the settlement. Shell did not confirm.
