Asian acrylonitrile prices fell $15/mt week on week across the region on weak demand, but was curbed by higher feedstock costs and sellers’ resistance. The CFR Far East Asia marker was assessed Tuesday at $1,715/mt, CFR Southeast Asia marker at $1,700/mt and the CFR South Asia marker at $1,705/mt. Domestic trades in China were at Yuan 12,200- 12,300/mt Tuesday, or $1,633-1,646/mt on an import parity basis, down Yuan 300/mt from a week earlier.
