US PVC export prices inched up $10/mt week on week on the back of tight supply and firm demand, sources said. The 3-to 30-day price assessment was at $880-890/mt FAS Houston. Negotiations for September were ongoing but according to market sources most of US producers were sold out for the month. However, notional offer prices were heard around $980-995/mt FAS Houston. Some traders said demand from North Africa, Turkey and Russia remained firm this week.
