Turkey seeks to privatize petroleum distributor

Istanbul-Turkey’s Privatization Authority (OIB) Monday announced that it had opened a tender for the privatization of TP Petrol Dagitim AS, the distribution subsidiary of state oil company Turkiye Petrolleri. According to an announcement in Turkey’s official state gazette, bids for the distributor are to be received by September 30, with bidders obliged to pay a bid bond of Turkish Lira 10 million ($3.35 million).
