Norway’s Songa sees tough year for rigs

London-Rig operators face a challenging year as oil and gas companies reduce their spending in response to lower oil prices, Nor- wegian driller Songa Offshore said Friday. The company, which has major long-term contracts with majority state-owned Statoil, said it expected more rigs to leave the Nor- wegian Continental Shelf and be stacked in the future.
