摘要

Houston-US shale oil production should see a net drop in June of 86,000 b/d to 5.557 million b/d, the second month in a row of projected declines after years of continued growth, the US Energy Information Administra- tion said Monday The EIA’s monthly Drilling Productivity Report shows estimated net production in the Bakken, Eagle Ford and Niobrara Shale plays all dropping in June, while Permian Basin production still shows slowing output growth. Crude output in the Permian, located in West Texas and New Mexico, is targeted to show a projected net gain of just 7,000 b/d for June, compared to 11,000 b/d of net growth esti- mated for last month for May.
