Calgary-Enbridge’s plan to start filling its reversed Line 9B pipeline in Eastern Canada will provide a much-needed option for refiner- ies in Quebec to source competitively priced crude, Guy Jarvis, the company’s president for liquids pipelines, said Tuesday. “The pipeline will provide access to light crude [from Western Canada and the Canadian Bakken] and also an alternative to the more expensive rail option,” he said on a webcast at the company’s Investor Day in Toronto.
