Tehran—A senior Iranian commander has denied that there has been an explosion at the Fordo nuclear site, the underground bunker where Iran is enriching uranium to up to 20% purity, as plans to hold a new round of talks with world powers to try to defuse the crisis over Iran’s nuclear program appear to have stalled.
