Dubai-Oil exploration continues apace in Iraqi Kurdistan ahead of a potential energy pact with Ankara that could open the way for pipeline links with Turkey. Two more announcements April 10 of oil discoveries in Kurdistan are contributing to a growing sense that the semi-autonomous region is on the verge of establishing signifi- cant sustainable crude exports, whether or not it resolves its intractable political differ- ences with Baghdad.
