Singapore—Dart Energy International, theinternational arm of Australian coalseam gascompany Dart Energy, March 1 said it hadentered into an agreement that could give ita stake in four coalbed methane blocks inChina’s Henan province and one shale gasblock in Sichuan province.The company, which currently holds stakesin two CBM blocks in China, has signed a let-ter of intent with Henan CBM and Hong KongProsperous Clean Energy Company for theestablishment of foreign-cooperation productionsharing contracts for the five blocks, it said.
