Singapore—Gasoline imports by Indonesian state-owned oil and gas entity Pertamina in October are set to rise to a new record high of close to 11 million barrels, mainly on the back of hefty demand. This would be the highest-ever level that Pertamina has imported, industry sources said September 27. Pertamina’s latest highs were at around 10 million barrels in April and August, from a combination of seasonally high demand and a refinery shutdown earlier in the year.
