Cape Town—US-based Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and its partners have made yet another major natural gas discovery in the Rovuma Basin offshore northern Mozambique that may add 7-20 Tcf to the recoverable resources already discovered, Anadarko said May 15. The Golfinho discovery well encountered more than 59 net meters (193 net feet) of natural gas pay, Anadarko said.
