New York-The US' BlueFire Renewables has signed a memorandum of understanding with China Huadian Engineering to help finance a power plant and cellulosic ethanol biorefinery in Mississippi, BlueFire said October 31. First phase construction of the biomass plant in Fulton, Mississippi, ended last June, and additional work was dependent on new financing, BlueFire said in a statement.
