Tullow disappoints over progress on uganda

London-The UK's Tullow Oil saw its shares fall in London after the explorer said it is still waiting to close a key farm-down deal in Ugan- da and its full-year earnings failed to meet market expectations. Despite resolving a tax dispute holding up a major oil development in Uganda's oil-rich Lake Albert region, Tullow said it is still finalizing dis- cussions on plans to bring in France's Total and China's CNOOC to develop its three blocks.
