Nigeria shuts in refineries after pipeline attacks

Lagos-Nigeria's four state-owned refineries have been closed temporarily after attacks on their feeder pipelines, Austin Oniwon, CEO of state oil company Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, said December 22.
