Bangkok-Thailand's PTT aims to finalize details of a plan to merge its petrochemical and refining subsidiaries by the second quarter, President and CEO Prasert Bunsumpun said February 11.The company expects to consolidate its PTT Aromatics and Refining and IRPC subsidiaries first, as these have been less affected by an ongoing dispute over its Map Ta Phut operations.
