Shell: Delek to renew talks on Montreal refinery sale

Houston-Delek has agreed to resume talks with Shell over the possible purchase of the major’s 130,000 b/d Montreal East refinery in Quebec, Canada, Shell said over the weekend. Shell said in a statement it “received a response from Delek who have agreed to meet to see if common ground can be reached regarding a potential sale of the Montreal East Refinery.”
