Israel’s Delek to buy BP’s retail network in France

Jerusalem—Israel’s Delek Group said June 22 it is expanding its European retail operations with the acquisition of BP’s French gasoline station chain. Delek is acquiring 416 gasoline stations from BP France for Eur180 million ($221 mil- lion), the company said in a statement. Delek said it hopes to sign a final agreement within the next few weeks.
