Kinder Morgan buying four terminals in US Midwest

Houston-Kinder Morgan Energy Partners has reached an agreement to buy four terminals in the US Midwest from Slay Industries for about $98 million, the Houston-based partnership said January 27. The facilities include a marine terminal in Sauget, Illinois; a transload liquid operation in Muscatine, Iowa; a liquid bulk terminal in St. Louis, Missouri; and a warehousing distribution center in St. Louis.
