PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that buying and selling information acquired from a dealer while utilizing a buying and selling information managing system can not be shared by the members of a group when the users of a conventional buying and selling information managing system are composed of plural persons such as juristic persons.;SOLUTION: The buying and selling information managing system is provided with buying and selling information request terminals 3-6 for requesting buying and selling information and a buying and selling information managing server 2 for receiving that buying and selling information request, sending that buying and selling information request to the transaction dealers registered beforehand, receiving and preserving the buying and selling information from these transaction dealers and the information preserved on the buying and selling information managing server 2 is offered to the persons having a prescribed browsing authority including the buying and selling information request terminal 3 requesting the information but not to the persons having no prescribed browsing authority.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
