Osaka Gas to buy share in Spanish LNG terminal

London-Japan's Osaka Gas has agreed to acquire a 20% stake in Spain's Sagunto LNG terminal from power company Endesa as part of its ambitions to expand overseas, the company said late May 11. The terminal, near Valencia, has regasification capacity of 6.4 million mt/year, but expansion work already underway will boost that to 7.6 million mt/year.
