Singapore-China's state-owned oil giant Sinopec plans to expand its two major refiner-ies-Jinling and Yangzi-in eastern China's Jiangsu province by year 2011, sources close to the two refineries told Platts August 11. The Jinling refinery, which currently has a designed crude processing capacity of 13.5 million mt/year (271,110 b/d), is to be expanded by 3 million mt/year to around 16 million mt/year, a source said.
