Don't rush regulatory harmony: exchanges

US CFTC, SEC hold meeting on bid to Washington-Representatives of several US exchanges on September 2 urged the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission not to be too hasty or inhibit the principles-based regulatory regime of the CFTC as the two agencies seek to harmonize their regulatory oversight.
